Qube-owner has to pay govt. taxes+ Rs.3500 (including GST) to QUBICC as transfer fee for the transfer of shareholding.

20How much return will I get on my investment ?

QUBE-OWNER will get upto 10% returns on their QUBE.

21When will I get my profit sharing ?

At the end of Financial year.

22If I want to cancel my booking for QUBE ownership, what amount will be refunded?

Booking amount deemed non-refundable under any circumstances if booking is cancelled from the end of investor.

23How much amount is to paid as management service charge ?

Management service charges are 5000+GST.

24Will management service charge deducted from the rent amount ?

No, management service charge is to be paid by QUBE-OWNER himself/herself at the end of financial year.
